Description

Join our zoology curator to find out about the problems faced by nineteenth century naturalists in sending specimens to England for research and study. Valuable specimens needed to be prepared correctly and packed efficiently in order to survive the ravages of insects and a long sea journey. There were many successes and a few failures.

Meet at the Courtyard veranda.
