Celebrating the opening weekend of the exhibition, the Hydro Tasmania Discovery Day will involve engaging activities and programs suitable for all ages. Join us to explore the many remarkable stories that make up the history of Tasmania’s west.

Late Night Family Event

Hydro Tasmania West: Out on the Edge Photography Project

6 December 2019 - 10 May 2020

We’re inviting photographers of all ages and skill levels to share their own images of the west in the Hydro Tasmania Photography Project. The theme of the project is ‘people and places in Tasmania’s west’, and to take part all you need to do is upload your best photos (in square format) onto Instagram and tag them #TMAGwest. A selection of the tagged images will then be chosen to be screened in the exhibition.
